• Nugget - Huge hop aroma for many beer styles. 9.5%-14.0% AA

• Zeus - Strong citrus hop aroma. 14%-16% AA

• Comet - Strong grapefruit with dank resin flavors. 10.5% AA

• Galena - Aromas of sweet fruits, pear, pineapple, blackcurrant, grapefruit, lime, gooseberry. 12% AA

• Chinook - Spicy, pine resin and grapefruit character. 10 - 14% AA

~Bittering Hops~

• Bitter Gold - Strong flavors of stone fruit, watermelon and pear. 14.5% AA

• Newport - Citrus blend with tones of wine. 14.5%-17.0% AA

• Sorachi Ace - Lemony citrus with favors of orange, cilantro, dill, and oak. 13% AA

• Cascade - Citrus and grapefruit flavors. 4.5% to 7% AA

• Crystal - Woody, floral and fruity aroma. Has spice notes of cinnamon, nutmeg. 2.8%-4.4% AA

• Glacier - Citrus notes, and hints of fruit, as well as a woody aroma. 5.5% AA
